Delene specializes in residential and land properties throughout the area, ranging from single-family homes for first-time buyers to luxury custom homes and premier estates.

On a professional level, Delene is a member of the National Association of Realtors and an accredited Buyer's Agent. Locally, she belongs to the Grant County Association.
Delene is especially gratified by her land protection work and is a founding member and past President of the Methow Conservancy. She is dedicated to preserving the farms and ranches, open space and scenic views.

As a lifetime resident of the Methow Valley, Delene’s knowledge of the market, enthusiasm and love for the area, adds to her work, although she views herself as more of an information provider – after all, the Methow Valley lifestyle sells itself.
She invites you to discover the Methow Valley experience for yourself. Let her be your guide for a lifestyle in this North Cascade community like no other.

PERSONAL

A Mazama native, Delene was raised on her family’s cattle ranch. Today she uses those experiences on a ranch she and her husband have, where she teaches her children the love of the land. Delene and her husband Bob have 3 children; twin daughters and a son. She enjoys spending time with her children, floating the river, horseback riding, tennis, scuba diving, skiing and backcountry adventures.
